Once a housing reservation has been accepted, it is not subject to cancellation.
If arriving earlier or leaving later you must make arrangements directly with either the Rhodanie in Lausanne or the Institute for Social Studies (ISS) in The Hague. You will be responsible for any additional costs. Stetson University College of Law is able to arrange for special rates for student housing during the program due to the number of rooms involved, and the length of our stay. The College of Law will not arrange for you to stay for additional nights before, or after, the program, so you must contact Rhodanie or the ISS to make your own arrangements for any extra days. However, you will be responsible for any additional charges, and you should be aware that the rates may be higher than those available during the program.
