Transcripts must be requested by letter. Please type or print this letter, or use our Student Data Request Form (requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can obtain for free here).

The letter must include the following:

• Your name
• Your social security number
• Your date of birth
• Your telephone number
• Date you last attended Stetson
• The name and address where you would like the transcript(s) sent
• Special instructions, if any

The fee is $3.00 for the first copy and $1.00 for each additional copy (per order).
