EXAM CONFLICT FORM

AN EXAM CONFLICT EXISTS WHEN YOU HAVE TWO OR MORE EXAMS ON THE SAME DAY. AN EXAM CONFLICT ALSO EXISTS IF YOU HAVE AN EVENING EXAM (6 PM) FOLLOWED BY A MORNING EXAM (9 AM) ON THE NEXT DAY. OTHERWISE, EXAMS SCHEDULED BACK-TO-BACK ON DIFFERENT DAYS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A CONFLICT. TAKE-HOME EXAMS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A CONFLICT.
