SUBMITTING ARTICLES TO THE LAW REVIEW:

The Stetson Law Review currently publishes in an all-symposium format. In addition to the authors solicited for publication by the Law Review, the Editorial Board welcomes the submission of unsolicited articles of substantial legal merit that are consistent with upcoming symposium topics. Authors wishing to be published in the Law Review should refer to past issues or contact the Law Review office for further guidance.

Authors seeking publication in the Stetson Law Review must submit manuscripts with footnotes in Microsoft Word format. Footnotes should follow The ALWD Citation Manual: A Professional System of Citation, published by Aspen Law & Business.

The Stetson Law Review assumes no responsibility for the return of manuscripts. Although the Review generally grants great deference to an author's work, the Review retains the right to determine the final published form of every article. As a matter of policy, the Stetson Law Review encourages the use of gender-neutral and race-neutral language.
