rofessor Latimer's primary areas of teaching interests are in the fields of Evidence and Criminal Law and Procedure. His practice experience includes service as Chief Assistant Public Defender for the Sixth Circuit of Florida. He is a member of the Executive Council of the Criminal Law Section of The Florida Bar. He is also Vice Chair of the Criminal Procedure Rules Committee of the Florida Bar. His publications include articles, chapters, and monographs on the subjects of Evidence, Criminal Law and Procedure, Search and Seizure, and Ethics. He is a member of the Order of the Coif.
