Professor Jimenez was an Olin Fellow and a member of the Yale Journal on Regulation and the Yale Journal of International Law. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable James Lawrence King on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and practiced contract, antitrust and securities law for several large law firms in Los Angeles. Professor Jimenez¹ areas of academic interest include contracts, jurisprudence, and law and economics.
