Kelly M. Feeley graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University in 1992 with a degree in Communication Studies. In 1995, she earned her J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law, where she was a member of both the Mock Trial Team and the Moot Court Board and was named to the Order of Barristers. From 1995 until August 2000, she was an associate with DeBerg & Associates in St. Petersburg, where she handled all pre-litigation, litigation, and appellate matters in the area of personal injury law. She currently serves on the executive committee for the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Community Law Program board, and the St. Petersburg Bar Foundation Heroes Among Us Planning Committee. She also served as co-president of the Barney Masterson Inn of Court in 2005-2006. Professor Feeley teaches Legal Research & Writing and Interviewing, Counseling, and Negotiation; co-directs the State Judicial Internship Program; and runs Stetson's ADR Board, which consists of the Arbitration, Client Counseling, Mediation, and Negotiation competition teams.
