Professor Dunham is an associate professor of legal skills and the director of Bar Preparation Services. Prior to joining Stetson’s faculty, Professor Dunham practiced law in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, and real property with an emphasis on community associations. Professor Dunham teaches and writes primarily in the area of state constitutional law. She is the co-author of Florida Constitutional Law: Cases and Materials (Carolina Academic Press, 2013).
Professor Dunham obtained her bachelor’s degree in communications and English from Florida State University. Upon graduating from Florida State, she taught high school English to tenth graders who read on a fourth grade reading level and worked for a large public relations firm.
Professor Dunham graduated from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. While in law school, she was a member of the Order of the Barristers and Dean’s Tutorial Society.
