Professor Cooper joined the Stetson law faculty in 1985. While in law school, he was an editor of the Oklahoma Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. Following graduation he practiced law in the State of Oklahoma. He is co-author (with Professor Marks) of State Constitutional Law in a Nutshell (West, 1988) and Florida Constitutional Law: Cases and Materials (Carolina Academic Press, 1992). He is co-author (with Professor Gershon) of International Tax Guide: U.S. Income Taxation (Callaghan, 1991). His teaching interests are in Taxation and State Constitutional Law.
