Catherine Cameron earned a B.S. in journalism, a M.A. in mass communications, and a J.D. all from the University of Florida. After graduation, she moved to Washington, D.C. where she worked for the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, a non-profit organization that specializes in media law issues. Seeking to make her way back to her hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida, Catherine made a stop in Sanford, Florida where she worked as a staff attorney for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit before joining Stetson's faculty.
