Professor Anderson joined Stetson's faculty in 2007 after serving one year as a visiting assistant professor of legal skills. Before joining Stetson, she spent four years as a professor of legal skills at Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire. After practicing law for several years in northern New Hampshire, Professor Anderson returned to teaching as the director of the legal skills program, and later as the academic dean at Woodbury College in Montpelier, Vermont.

Professor Anderson's research interests focus on educational theory, parenting rights of non-traditional parents, and the intersection of reproductive technology and the law.
