Before joining the Stetson law faculty, Professor Allison was engaged in the private practice of law as a partner in a St. Petersburg, Florida law firm. His primary areas of teaching are in the fields of Trusts and Estates, Estate and Gift Taxation, and Property Law. He served as Associate Dean of the College of Law from 1995 to 1999.
