Her practice includes guiding colleges and universities through the challenge of managing allegations of sexual misconduct, including investigations, communications with law enforcement, Clery Act requirements, disciplinary proceedings, and the interplay of civil and criminal proceedings. Smith will help attendees learn how to prosecute campus sexual assault and harassment and how to approach the challenges of coming into Title IX compliance.
