Welcome to a 21st century portal to online advocacy instruction. You are standing at the doorway to Stetson's Online Advocacy Resource Center and if you are a trial lawyer who works in the public service arena, a trial lawyer who works for the United States military, a public defender, an assistant district attorney, a law student, or a law professor then this is the place for you.
Free of charge, public service attorneys can register and immediately have access to the Stetson Online Advocacy Resource Center.
Contained within this Advocacy Resource Center are lectures, demonstrations, powerpoints, slides; the wit and wisdom of a generation of trial lawyers and advocacy professors.
We here at Stetson believe that this is a resource that is needed to bring advocacy forward into the 21st century, and we want to share it with you.
We hope that you register, that you come inside, you take a look around and you stay for a while.
If there are questions that you have, if there are ways that we can make this more effective for you, please give us a call or shoot us an e-mail. We look forward to sharing with you a little bit of our wisdom, a little bit of our humor, and some of our thoughts about the ways in which advocacy should be practiced in the 21st century.
I'm Charles Rose, director for the Center of Excellence in Advocacy here at Stetson University College of Law and I look forward to seeing you in the future.
