Students Win Best Brief Award at
National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition

Stetson Law students Diana Evans and John Henley, coached by Professor Michael Allen, won the Best Petitioner’s Brief Award at the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition, in Washington, D.C., Oct. 15-16, 2011. Evans also tied for the Best Oralist Award at the competition.

The competition is hosted by the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association and the George Washington Law School.  During the final round, the students argued in front of the actual judges of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
