Competing teams will:
- Receive a problem based on normal pretrial issues;
- Write a brief that will be scored;
- Make oral arguments; and
- Shift to a hearing during which team members will be required to present evidence and make final argument as directed.
Participation in this competition is limited. Preference will be given to those who register early. The registration fee for the National Pretrial Competition is $450, payable to Stetson University College of Law. This fee is non-refundable unless your school is not chosen to participate. A written confirmation of your entry will be sent electronically within five (5) days of your entry submission.
