Master of Laws (LL.M.) In Elder Law

About Stetson:

Founded in 1900 as Florida's first law school, Stetson University College of Law is a leader in Elder Law. Stetson is fully accredited by the American Bar Association and is a member of the American Association of Law Schools. Stetson has educated lawyers for more than a century and offers continuing legal education programs for regional, national, and international audiences. Stetson is ranked first in advocacy and sixth for legal research and writing by the 2006 U.S. News & World Report national rankings. It is the headquarters for the National Conference of Law Reviews, home to the Journal of International Aging, Law and Policy and the Stetson Law Review.

The Elder Law LL.M. program is designed as a three-semester (fall, spring, fall) course of study through electronic education that leads to an advanced legal degree in Elder Law. Candidates for the LL.M. degree must satisfactorily complete at least 24 credit hours.

The Stetson Philosophy:

Stetson is committed to teaching excellence, legal scholarship, law reform and service to the public and the legal profession. Our goal is to educate individuals who not only will serve ethically and competently in the practice of law and related professions, but who will contribute to making a better world.
